How Message Flow works, shown with one sample booking: 1. Your system posts a booking.created webhook to your unique Message Flow URL. 2. A flow maps the payload fields — name, phone, time — into your message template and applies your channel strategy, here WhatsApp with SMS fallback. 3. The personalised message is delivered to Ava's phone via WhatsApp, with every status tracked; if WhatsApp can't deliver, your SMS version of the message goes out automatically. 4. Ava's reply lands in your shared team inbox, linked to her contact and the original event.
